The Lenoarmi method allows the development of aquatic activities with babies before formal swimming, is practiced between 0 months to 3 years and is also known as matronation or baby swimming. In them, the role of the father or mother in the water is essential. Through the technical guidance of the teacher in charge, parents participate in the aquatic adventure of their baby, acquiring the knowledge to build their own educational project and enriching the quality of communication with their son or daughter. El método Lenoarmi permite el desarrollo de actividades acuáticas con bebés previas a la natación formal, se practica entre los 0 meses a los 3 años y también es conocida como matronatación o baby swiming. En ellas es fundamental el papel del padre o de la madre dentro del agua. Mediante la orientación técnica del profesor encargado, los padres participan en la aventura acuática de su bebé, adquiriendo el conocimiento para construir su propio proyecto educativo y enriqueciendo la calidad de la comunicación con su hijo o hija.
