Swing Gate Actuator PKM C01 disassembling directions and help

Most likely a greasing issue with Swing Gate Actuator PKM C01 from Autogate China. I am trying to de assemble the actuator as that may help me to look inside as what is happening and provide easy way to grease the entire assembly. I need slight help in order to proceed ahead, unfortunately i could not find directions anywhere on internet related to this model. It would be very expensive if i send it back to the china. This is an excellent product but be prepared to be able to do some basic servicing on the device yourself if you want years of trouble free life.
