Sword Art Online AMV - Pompeii

A fan-made, action and romance-oriented music video tribute to Sword Art Online (the first season), using the song Pompeii by Bastille. :) Please consider liking and/or subscribing if you enjoyed this! :D After a long hiatus from anime (due to real life issues popping up), Sword Art Online is what brought me back with vigor in the Winter of 2013. :) Although I had heard about SAO in the past, I didn't bother to watch it until my little brother fervently insisted that I do so. And goodness, when I finally did get around to watching it, I couldn't believe what I had missed! Sword Art Online had everything! Adventure, tragedy, action, romance, betrayal, etc. Welllll, almost everything. I mean, the second half was kinda a train wreck... but still! So quite quickly, I decided I wanted to make a tribute to this magnificent anime (not including the ALfheim Online arc, haha) - and what better song to use than an amazing-but-still-unheard-of song called Pompeii by an unknown band called Bastille? So I worked hard on the video, and decided I would polish it up until the end of Spring 2014 so that it would be good enough to be worthy of SAO. And then, out of nowhere, Bastille became super popular and Pompeii became a song that EVERYONE knew. Sad pandas. But oh well! I hope you enjoy this music video as much as I did making it. SAO really did inspire me to straighten out my life in a few areas, and so I hope you feel uplifted by my tribute! P.S. I did upload this video a few weeks ago, but the quality wasn't to a level that I was satisfied with. So I took it down, fixed it up some more in Adobe Premiere, and am re-publishing it now for you!
