T-MAXX 3.3 problems

i bought a brand new t-maxx 3.3 about a month ago and used it around 10 times today, i tried to start it and it wont start. i tried priming the engine and still didnt work.... i tried emptying the carburator of gas thinking it was flooded and that didnt work either. it started a couple times for one second and then shut off. the spark plug is new and the gas is 20% nitro new. also, the big flywheel in front of the motor does not spin while attempting to turn on. any advice would be great and your help -THANKS
