Tai Do’s response to Kimberly Ho’s press conference calling people to protest Tai

Westminster Council Meeting 7/10/2019. During the special meeting on June 19 vice mayor Kimberly Ho propose a resolution to condemn and censure my freedom of speech for what I post on My Facebook page. After reading the resolution you made the motion for the council to adopt the resolution and your motion did not get a second. As a result, Your resolution died. After the meeting vice mayor Kimberly Kimberly Ho continued to go on the Vietnamese media to attack telling the Vietnamese American community that I, councilman Tai Do, proposed to change the name of the city of Westminster to Ho Chi Minh City. You even issued a Press Release in Vietnamese, which appeared to be a direct translation of the failed proposed resolution on 6/12/2019, to the Vietnamese media. Kimberly Ho you misused your power as a Vice Mayor of the City of Westminster to announce and implied that the Westminster City Council supported and adopted that Resolution knowing that the Resolution did not get the support from the City Council. You held a press conference at the Viet My Free newspaper on Beach Blvd. The press conference attracted a number of people and all of them appeared to be very angry. There were several people speak at the press conference and all of them were very angry for that they believed that I, councilman Tai Do, was trying to change the name of the city to Ho Chi Minh City. Kimberly Ho. Your action was immoral, unethical and full of hatred. You are lying to the Vietnamese American community knowing that the Vietnamese American community in the city is extremely anti-communist for that most people risk their life escape from communist Vietnam. By telling the community that I am trying to change the name of the city to the dictator Ho Chi Minh city you were triggering an PTSD like emotional response and cause the community to become fearful, and panic for that they believe in you and your leadership as their elected official who was calling for help. You were lying to the residents of Westminster. You used an unauthorized City Resolution to condemn me for changing the name of the city of Westminster to Ho Chi Minh City. And you know for a fact that is completely untrue. I made the statements, as a protest to the item agenda 8.3 during the council meeting on June 12, 2019 in which the a majority of this city Council agreed that each council member has to have the majority of the city council in order to place an item on the agenda. on top of that the Mayor is exempt from that rule and the mayor becomes the tyrant who can play any item on the agenda with without the approval of any council member. It was dictatorship at its best. It was my job as the voice of the people to fight for the people and to protest your undemocratic policy. You further translate that resolution into Vietnamese and release it to the media and implied that it was an official resolution that was approved by the Westminster City Council knowing that the council never approve it. Your action was immoral, unethical and a conduct unbecoming an elected official. Instead of using your leadership to promote unity and peace in the community especially the vulnerable Vietnamese American community, you actively promote hate, uncertainty, and fear within the community most of those who fall victim for your lies were elderly hard-working lawabiding Vietnamese American who do not speak or understand English enough to verify what you were telling them. They have to rely upon your leadership for information through the Vietnamese media in which were controlled mostly by you and your political machine. Your action is a serious breach of trust and you have no business to represent the people as their elected official. I personally as well as the residents of this city hold you and the city accountable for any damage you action may have caused. I am requesting the city to issue a press release in English and Vietnamese to condemn your action conducted as vice mayor of Westminster to public an unauthorized resolution on behalf of the city and spreading lies about Westminster was about to be changed to Ho Chi Minh City.
