Protected by a massive 30 foot seawall, fishing boats ride out Super Typhoon Ugasi in Sept. 2013. Unfortunately Usagi was huge and powerful pushing large waves around and into the harbor. At 2:37 mark James Reynolds, aka @EarthUnCutTV in the red jacket rushes to the aid of a fisherman that panicked and jumped off his boat while a surge of water rolled into the harbor. I then dropped my cam to help. So James grabbed his right shoulder and I grabbed his left then we lifted the guy over the 7 foot wall. There were 5 boats tied up together in this spot and two of them sunk while we were there. Royalty Free Music by Kevin MacLeod.
