Tamiya Sd.Kfz. 7/2 armoured cab type with 3,7cm FlaK 37 in 1/35 scale

This is one of Tamiya´s classics! The kit may not the best one anymore (due to newer ones from Dragon) but it is still very fun to build and the result can almost keep up with Dragon´s better toolings. I recommend this kit to everyone, beginners will love the easy assembly and the impressive size of the model. I painted the model with acrylic paints from Revell. Some oil washes and pigments from mig were used for weathering. I used dried plants from MK35 Productions for foliage extra camouflage. The Sd.Kfz. 7 was a half-track military vehicle used by the German Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe and Waffen-SS during the Second World War. (Sd.Kfz. is an abbreviation of the German word Sonderkraftfahrzeug, "special purpose vehicle". A longer designation is Sd.Kfz. 7 mittlerer Zugkraftwagen 8t, "medium towing motor vehicle 8t".) Sd.Kfz. 7/2 was armed with an anti-aircraft gun, for example a 3,7cm FlaK 37 or a 3,7cm FlaK 43. Both open and armored cab variants existed. 123 were produced, the production ended in February 1945.
