Tarot 5 of Wands

I think of the tarot as a book of life and it talks about all the different sorts of human experiences that we find our self in the human journey. The good thing about it is through the symbolism it can show us how we might have got into this situation, what the lesson is and how we can gain from it. It helps to put us into a position so we can move forward on our souls journey. So today we are looking at the suit of the wands. The wands are all about what is going on in our spiritual world. And how that is reflecting over into our physical sense of self, our emotional and mental sense of self. So we are looking at the five of wands to day. The five of wands has a lot of strong yellow colors, the 5 colorful staves. On two of the staves you have the lotus blossoms, the Ibis heads and the winged eye of Horus. In Texas we would call this state of mind a hot mess right now. You are experiencing a lot of anxiety, a lot of strife. You have a lot of energy you don't really know what to do with your self. How to channel it so you can move forward through this state of mind. The lotus blossoms are grayed over. That shows that your not sure about how to move forward and share your gifts with the world. Not sure what to do about it. When you look at the Ibises, they are showing that when you are in an extreme state of anxiety. It is hard to connect to your own inner guidance. Your own wisdom. Meditation would help right now to calm your mind, and be in a position to connect to your soul and get some guidance to help you move through this stage. This card represent the qualities of Saturn and Leo. Saturn is all about disciplining your self. Creating a structure. Creating a plan and following it step by step. If you follow a step by step plan, it will help you be in a position to do what you need to do. So that you can use your creativity and use all this energy and channel it in a productive direction. The astrological influences of Saturn in Leo. So Leo is a very strong passionate dynamic energy. It is a very creative energy It wants you to use your creativity. So if you use this formula of the Saturn influences, create a plan and a structure and follow it step by step. Then you will be in a better position to do what you need to. To really powerfully create some thing beautiful that you can be proud of . What comes to my mind is eat the apple one bite at a time. You could be feeling a sense of being restricted, with Leo people in your life. Since it is a 5 value card. You can look at the ideas of 5 weeks to 5 months you might be in a position to re think your contracts with Leo people in your life so you don't feel so restricted. Get the dynamics shifted around so you don't feel so restricted. Don't hold me down is the idea. You see the winged eye of Horus is at the top of the card and it is grayed over. This means you haven't been able to access your own internal wisdom and your own sense of well being and knowing because of all of this strife and anxiety that has been going on in your life. Because of that you are not able to regenerate your self which is represented by the snakes on the card. So I think you have some personal pieces to work out with some Leo people in your life. That will be helpful to help you move though this situation. The power numbers are 5, 5 is a chaos number. Chaos can offer you a lot of opportunity if you go with it. But it can bite you in the butt if you resist it. This is one way to look at it. Look at the other 5 value card in the major and minor arcanna.
