Ole Hamre is the initiator and artistic leader of the multiethnic project for children -- "Kaleidoscope". Since 2004, this project has produced four shows, whereby 70 children from 20 different countries, all living in Bergen, have participated on stage. The shows, which contain music and dances from the home countries of the children, have been seen by more than 60.000 people. With positive passion and enthusiasm, Ole Hamre shows that multiethnicity should be perceived not as a challenge, but a source of joy and inspiration for people all over the world. About TEDx: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
