Teen girls steal car in Spokane, end up in handcuffs at Bellevue nail salon

The three teenage girls stole a car in Spokane and then took it on a joy ride to Seattle, where they engaged in a series of crimes. The trio ended up eluding police on I-90 as they traveled into Bellevue. The girls were arrested at a Bellevue nail salon after allegedly robbing a woman of her purse in a parking lot and driving over her arm.
