This is a playthrough using Tiger Jackson in the PS1 version of Tekken 3. Read on below for more information...
Tiger is an alternative "costume" for Eddy Gordo in the game. It is somewhat special because it is a whole 3D Model swap that graphically turns Eddy into a "different" character. It is an unlockable costume.
===== HOW TO UNLOCK TIGER =====
Beat Arcade Mode with all the characters. After you've done that, on the character select screen highlight Eddy and press [START] to get Tiger.
Alternatively it may also be possible to unlock the costume by beating just 16 different characters, but this is unconfirmed by me.
===== ABOUT TIGER =====
He is quite simply a disco style Capoeira fighter who entered the tournament. He fights in clothes that are inspired from the golden age of soul music.
===== ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / TRIVIA =====
---- Despite being just a 3rd costume/model for Eddy, his name is also changed to TIGER on the character select and versus screens, as well as under his lifebar.
---- Despite being just a 3rd costume/model for Eddy, he has a completely different and unique ending.
---- Tiger was originally an unused concept design for Eddy.
---- The announcer doesn't say his name in Tekken 3. The same applies to Tekken Tag Tournament 1.
---- He was made a separate/his own character in Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
===== ABOUT PS1 TEKKEN 3 =====
This is one of the best fighting games in the PS1, and it is actually better than the Arcade version due to having a few more hidden characters and having loads of features and extra modes of play. It also features an Arranged soundtrack, with the option of switching to the original Arcade tunes.
The graphics are slightly inferior to the Arcade version of course, but the extra features more than make up for that. This is likely the best they could have done on the PS1 hardware and it's very close to the Arcade game.
