Today we decided to test out 1 rep max on the bench press. This session had much more fails than we intended, after more than 3 weeks without a decent gym this was the results that we didn't want. This was just a bit of fun to see where we are at before Charlie starts his strength program and I start prepping seriously for my next comp.

My name is Llew Gibson and Im 18 years old.
