Tetched in the Head - Barney Google Cartoon

Here is a reconstruction of a "lost" Columbia cartoon. It was patched together from several different home movie prints. Since the soundtrack is missing, I used a recording of the novelty tune "Barney Google (With The Goo Goo Googley Eyes) for the audio.
