Thai Airways 747 - Business Class in a First Class seat

Filmed on December 20th, 2017. I really really wanted to like this flight, I had been looking forward to it for ages. Sadly, despite my free upgrade from Business to First class at checkin, the experience was a disappointment. If Thai airways continue to use old planes with old hardware and poor service, what do they expect. The crew however, were good and tried their best during this full flight.
