Aegis dynamics has The Avengers stalker the prison transport and warlock and saber raven , being the 2 dedicated EMP ships . Anvil took a step back and thought to themselves why not just roll these 2 things into one and them being rivals for the longest time Anvil stepped up to the plate and developed the new bounty hunter platform this ship Has the speed of an interceptor And surprising a very decent tank with stock components Between shield and hull hit points this ship has a grand total of 15,000 hp out tanking popular light fighters like the gladius, arrow and 325a If that doesn't impress you then don't let the size 2 weapons fool you the stock weapons with the distortion damage combined equates to about 1600 sustained dps and can burst up to 1900 dps. I don't want to give too much away just yet so stick around for more The HAWK takes a slight on agility but makes up for it with speed regular cruising speed of 225m/s and the top speed is 1315ish meters a second , the ship has decent acceleration, along but a lower roll rating for a light fighter Now let's take a look at the COMPONENTS The Hawk Has a rush grade c civilian class quantum drive, if you want a faster travel time then get the Foxfire at HUR 3 and 4 2 grade c military class bracers you can swap these out for the grade b military class polars or get the endo coolers at port oli, or the eco flows at levski The hawk has an aegis regulus grade c military class powerplant , a military or competition class grade b power plant will increase your performance over all And the ship has 2 grade c military class all stops shield generators, swap these out for the forcewall grade b military class ones these can be found at levski, arccorp or port oli Remember that ship components persist until each reset so you only need to buy them once Now Let's discuss some tactics and loadouts Since it is a bounty hunting ship there are 2 loadouts I run by I have a solo loadout that is 4 size 2 mass drivers and the 2 size 1 suckerpunch guns It gives me High dps cannons and range. If i'm in a fleet and going against much larger targets I'll run the scatter guns. What this does it allows me to reach enemies because they know not to get close. And the hawk does not have missiles. You can also use this for npc bounties as well. And for a dedicated fleet support role I'll run the size 2 and size 1 suckerpunches the emp combined with these weapons it will drain the power of enemies while everyone else goes for the kill. As or 3.5.1 emps are somewhat broken due to an exploit. Just remember all I'm doing is try to give recommendations, so if you find or buy a loadout and or strategy that fits you then use it, cause at the end of the day its you choice, Now As for my own thoughts on the ship with the analysis we went through In terms of player bounty hunting I'd buy this ship because of the ability to hold a prisoner and still immobilize a target. No other ship currently can have the jail EMP all in one. But the caveat is the fact that the Hawk has the smallest EMP compared to the saber raven and the warlock, so those ships might be a better choice in terms of fleet support.
