Male patient, age 49, presented with squamous cell penile cancer confirmed on a biopsy. A partial penectomy was performed with a macroscopic clear margin. Glans resurfacing and reconstruction were performed with the use of a free split-thickness skin grafT harvested from the upper arm. The skin graft was adequately tailored and transplanted like an umbrella over the bed of the stripped glans. The graft was fully quilted over the glans with multiple 5-0 Polyglactin interrupted stitches.
