The Big Time Summer Art Thing for Kids, Daily Video Journal: Session 2, Day 1

The Big Time Summer Art Thing for Kids: Queens Museum Summer Camp invites aspiring artists ages 7 -- 11 to a unique two-week camp experience that explores the meaning of art in fun and innovative ways. Part art gym, part creative laboratory, activities will nurture children's art making skills, while also giving them the opportunity to experiment, with new and innovative forms of creative expression. When they are not in the Museum's galleries or studios, campers will enjoy time spent outdoors in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, including taking trips to the Queens Zoo and the Queens Botanical Gardens.
