The Constitution and the World | Is Sovereignty Outmoded?

On October 27th-28th the Stanford Constitutional Law Center hosted the conference, "The Constitution and the World" which included several panels on the reach of constitutional rights. One of those panels was "Is Sovereignty Outmoded?" The panel featured SLS Professor's Joshua Cohen, UCLA's John A. Agnew, Peter Berkowitz from the Hoover Institution, Carnegie Mellon's Kiron K. Skinner and Philip C. Bobbitt of Columbia and University of Texas.
