The DON'Ts of Lap-Band

Often we discuss the "rules of lapband" and usually include the DOs. I don't remember seeing a condensed list of the DON'Ts - so I've taken the list of don'ts from my surgeons office and put them into one video. I did not include the usual don'ts such as don't drink for 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal, etc. These are typically covered in the lap band rules which have been discussed in numerous other videos in the community.
