The Ghost Of A Saber Tooth Tiger live at Other Music & Dig For Fire's Lawn Party at SXSW

http://YouTube.com/SXSWLawnParty Sean Lennon and Charlotte Kemp-Muhl, as G.O.A.S.T.T., delivered a great set of their dreamy psychedelic pop. Being the son of rock & roll royalty, Sean Lennon could probably draw a crowd no matter what his music sounded like, and you would be forgiven for being a little skeptical about his new project, the Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger, with model-girlfriend Charlotte Kemp-Muhl. You would be wrong, though, as G.O.A.S.T.T. is an immensely satisfying psychedelic pop band centered around Lennon's excellent guitar playing, Kemp-Muhl's surprising multi-instrumental talents, and the couple's lovely vocal harmonies. Joined by a horn player, they delivered a great set of songs from their recent Acoustic Sessions album, out now on Lennon's own Chimera Music, and the only thing that distracted the huge crowd spread across the lawn surrounding our Valley Stage on Friday afternoon was the arrival of Lennon's mom, Yoko Ono!
