The LEICA Q vs Fujifilm EF-X20 Flash

Germany says the maximum flash sync speed is 1/2000th sec, while North America says 1/500th. I decided not only to do a test to see what is the actual maximum flash sync speed, but also a quick tutorial on how to use a flash in manual output mode.
