The Lovechild Of Sushi & Wraps Is Named Friska

Imagine the lovechild of two your two most beloved foods and Friska is born. It is the inspired combination where sushi meets wraps and all of it is combined in an organic way. Friska is the brainchild of Julie and Manon. Two young ladies who find organic food is too expensive, sushi packed with rice and most take-away food is unhealthy. These entrepreneurs decided to mix the market and the results are marvelous. The ladies have their own store at the Amsterdam Foodhallen, where they sell their Friska’s. IntoFood had to try one of these delicacies and we could from the Stickie Chickie, Oh My Goat, Shrimptease and Salmon Mandela. The best part is that all of them are glutenfree.
