A Bi-partisan group of U.S congressmen have introduced the "Protecting our Ability To Counter Hacking Act of 2017." The act is an attempt to find a compromise between the need of intelligence agencies like the NSA to be able to hack and the need of companies like Microsoft to protect its users from hacking.
