The Sims 4: 10k Gothic Tiny Townhouse Speed Build

Welcome to another of my series of 10k simoleon Sims 4 speed builds. This episode features a build of a tiny gothic townhouse perfectly suited for anyone looking to live in a home welcoming to vampires. Designed as a two family apartment home this lot has traits welcoming to vampires and wanna be vampires. The first floor features a studio apartment with one bathroom. The second and third floors encompass apartment number 2 and feature 2 bedrooms with one bathroom. There are no kitchens in this build so your Sim will have to outfit their own cooking and eating areas. This is a build only, no decor.
