The Surge Final Boss: ROGUE PROCESS

Tactics: do enough dmg to each target then go and overcharge the powerlines... then get ready for phase2, he hits like a truck in either phase, learn his moves dodge appropriately, some interesting implants for this fight may be: reduced stamina loss from guarding, energy gain/consumption/decay implants(conversion of energy to hp), drone dmg increase maybe for phase2. In p2 don't get overconfident and tank his attacks, since he has a sick combo that goes on for ages and will probably mess you up, so play defensive(that's what works for me). Anyway it's a tough fight, but a quick runback, so trial and error, and practice makes perfect apply here. Took me many attempts to finally get him down, mostly that damnable long range spike punch and the close ranged jump into spikeball combo got me... special weapon: sever weapon arm, or sever head, 2 different outcomes, I do like the claws of the gestalt tho it counts as single rigged but it has both single rigged and 1 handed attacks!
