The wake winch project: day 1

This is the first step in making your winch: The spool i made consists of metal tubing, metal rods, tire hubs with bearings, grinding plates,nuts and bolts. Metal tube: 36in long and 1/2 in diam, 1/16 thick you cut this tube into fourths $11(find this somewhere cheaper probably but its from home depot) Rods: 5/16 thick and 12in long each there is four.
