Threshing Wheat with a Flail 2010

Threshing and old wheat variety (Square head masters) with a traditional flail -copy of antique : ash handle, holly beater and steam bent yew swivel joint. Threshed grain then winnowed and sieved using hand cranked machine. Corn was cut by scythe and I would like to have completed the field to loaf transition all by hand but do not have a hand mill.
