Thyroid Surgery- Part 1- Subtotal Lobectomy Big Thyromegaly Rt Lobe Thyroid - Dr Narotam Dewan

46 yrs old patient with a very big enlargement of right lobe of thyroid. CT and FNAC Suggest Colloid Goiter with cystic degenerative changes. Patient was euthyroid. Thyroidectomy is done by raising superior and inferior flaps of skin, subcutaneous tissue and platysma to expose ribbon muscles under which the thyroid lies around the lower larynx and upper trachea.
