This shows the transformation of PwC Embankment Place which was carried out by Overbury while 50% of staff members were still working in the building. Our challenge was to create a workspace that breaks down barriers, enables closer working, creates flexibility and agility with improved collaboration, maximises use of natural daylight and provides a great client experience. This refurbishment project comprised of: The complete renewal of all central plant and engineering infrastructure. Installation of a combined heat and power unit running on biofuel. 450,000 sq ft of office fit out Re-cladding of the North and South Atrias. New seven storey cantilevered staircase.
