College Sexual assault policy, typically referred to as Title IX investigations tend to backfire on students. The policy which is meant to protect students often leaves them without recourse or a chance to defend themselves. A woman is finding herself on the accused end after a man she hooked up with says he was too drunk to consent. The school decided he was correct and suspended the woman.
