President Hamid Karzai in a gathering to mark International Women's Day in Kabul on Sunday has accused the Taliban of supporting on ongoing US presence in Afghanistan with its persistent suicide attacks. "The blasts indeed show support for the Americans to stay in Afghanistan after 2014," he told those present. It comes after, at least 18 civilians were killed in recent suicide attacks in Kabul and eastern Khost province and dozens of other civilians were injured.
