Attack moves take advantage of the length and heft of the weapon. Striking with the tip of the club results in a Power Strike, which inflicts more damage. String together a sequence of Power Strikes and you will enter a "Hyperpowered State," during which your attack speed is increased and your charge times are shortened. The weight of the club means that fast movements are impossible, but effective use of the "Stop-Thrust," in which you block an enemy's attack and force it back against them, will allow you to stand your ground and face the Oni head-on. Special technique: Devastator A triple attack in which each of the three consecutive attacks can be charged up to three levels. Each charge level is maintained during the attack, so that the overall attack can be charged up to a maximum of nine levels. When the attack strikes an Oni it deals massive damage, but it takes a long time to charge the attack to its maximum level, meaning that judicious analysis of the battle situation is necessary to use this attack effectively.
