TrackIR 5 (Track Clip PRO broken), bought on Ebay at Yogi-comp

Trackir 5 bought on Ebay at Yogi-comp vendor (rude service, refurbished items, Track Clip Pro broken) . The articulation of the track clip PRO is very weak, it is a conception issue (check the web to see user's feedback). There are a lot of Track Clip PRO alternatives with some people vending their own track clip PRO home made. The track clip pro is just a rubbish product and Yogi comp the worst vendor on Ebay I have ever seen. I would suggest to buy just the trackIR and find another alternatives for clip PRO. Don't buy from Yogi-Comp vendor, you will have not any warranty and the vendor is very rude. NaturalPoint will not help you too since they will claim that this vendor is not registred (the vendor's name is not on their web site) Some class action are occuring because of Natural point position : http://naturalpointofview.blogspot.fr/p/consumer-action.html
