This is not a UVW mapping tutorial. It's relatively simple and allows you to bake your texture from one object a another, potentially incompatible, object. In this example I'm baking the Second Life example UVW map image over to the Makehuman object. This process projects the diffuse map onto the target UVW map and renders it out. It can then be used on the Makehuman or target object.
If you made your own skin or have templates for the Second Life compatible UVW map then you can bake that over to the Makehuman, as well as any texture clothing you created or have permissions for that allow this process.
