Transport dela dimovodnega kanal za hladilni stolp bloka 6 v Termoelektrarni Šoštanj

Transport dela dimovodnega kanala očiščenih dimnih plinov Bloka 6 TEŠ v noči iz 11. na 12. September. Dimovodni kanal bo služil za odvod dimnih plinov, očiščenih v napravi za razžveplanje, v okolico. Blok 6 nima klasičnega dimnika, očiščeni dimni plini se bodo odvajali v okolico preko hladilnega stolpa. S takšnim načinom se doseže bolj optimalna porazdelitev plinov v okolico, kot bi se s klasičnim dimnikom. Tovrstne rešitve so v svetu že vpeljane, v Sloveniji pa je to prvi primer.Transport je bil izjemno zahteven, saj so dimenzije ekstremne: premer 8 m, dolžina 45 m, teža pa 100 ton. Transport se je vršil ponoči, na osnovi pridobljenega soglasja za zaporo ceste in za izredni transport. To je bil transport prvega dela dimovodnega kanala, ki se bo vgradil v notranjost hladilnega stolpa, drugi del, ki bo povezoval hladilni stolp in RDP, pa se bo sedaj pričel predfabricirati na lokaciji TE Šoštanj. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Transport of part of the flue gas duct for treated flue gas of the Unit 6 of Šoštanj TPP in the night from 11 th to 12th September The flue gas duct will serve for discharge of flue gas treated in the Flue Gas Desulphurization Plant into the environment. Unit 6 does not have a classic chimney, but treated gas will be discharged into the environment via the Cooling Tower. Such mode enables more optimal distribution of flue gas in the environment than in case of classic chimney. Solutions of this type have already been introduced in the world, but in Slovenia it is the first case. The transport was extremely demanding for the reason of outsized dimensions: diameter 8 m, length 45 m, weight 100 tons. The transport took place at night on the basis of obtained consent for road closure and for special freight transport. It was the transport of the first part of the flue gas duct which will be built in the Cooling Tower interior, whereas the second part, which will connect the Cooling Tower and the FGD, will now start to be prefabricated on the site of the Šoštanj TPP.
