Trauma Team - Surgery - Waking From Terror (XS)

The trickiest parts of this operation are getting almost all "COOLs" and finding that damn needle quickly. Other than that, it's not too hard to get an XS rank here. After so many attempts at Blade of Resolve, my arms and hands hurt a bit, so I decided to take it a little slower this time. XD
