Possibly the world's simplest router table to make, this jig enables trim routers to be used in the upright position for delicate cuts on small work pieces. This design works well with the Porter Cable trim routers. Other tool brands have weak or oddly shaped motor housings that may not work as well in this configuration. Surprisingly, the screws for these Porter Cables are not metric, which is convenient. After I was set up, making this router table took only 20 minutes.
