Please LIKE our video and SUBSCRIBE to our channel! We post videos weekly. This video features our five-year-old, Conal. We went to Build-A-Bear for the third time in honor of a good report card. He got Olaf last time and wanted to get a new friend. Initially he gravitated toward Michelangelo of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), but realized he wanted a teddy bear so he could put the ears through the hat's ear holes so, he quickly switched to getting Hulk Bear. I was amazed with how ripped and muscular this teddy bear looked! From there he added the sound effects voice box, which was cool because Hulk says about three different phrases each time the button is pressed. There were a lot of hats for his bear to wear and he chose a military, Army hat. One of the sales personnel suggested we get the Army Bear Boxers to match. We decided to get these as well. We will have to return to get him the shirt and pants another time. At the Stuff-Me-Station our son chose to also get a scent put in the bear. They have a variety from cotton candy, strawberry, apple blossom, and more. He chose to get the strawberry scent and when you smell Hulk bear's chest, you can really smell it. The scent lasts for up to a year and only cost $3.50. Conal wanted to get a beating heart for his bear where you could feel the heart pulse, but at $6.00, we decided this could be for another trip. Conal also saw backpacks where he could carry his bear around on his back. These sell in a variety of colors for $5.00 each. We decided to wait to get that on another visit. Since we spent $25 or more we qualified to get a $10 gift card for only $5. Yes, please, that is a great deal! Our five-year-old also noticed that there was a Build-A-Bear Box with hearts on it. This was a donation box for the Make-A-Wish-Foundation, which is in a partnership with Build-A-Bear. How wonderful for our child to learn about giving as well as receiving. He happily donated some of his own money to that organization. I had no idea Build-A-Bear had so many options for one toy and supported charity. We will definitely be back soon!
