Trying something new; "Occlusion Bands"

I feel like I've lost a little bit of size with my new work schedule. I picked these bands up off of Amazon & figured I'd give them a try. At my age I don't believe in foolish supplements or fat burners but I WILL try new routines, exercises, equipment, & gear.
