New Video on female streams - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kddIwq5igWw
http://www.twitch.tv/ggzii - Wow, 500,000 views. Damn I am glad I spoke out lol.
That picture I used literally ran as an advert during ESL/IEM on Twitch!!!. So they are banning a picture, which they themselves allow to run as an ad on their website. The point isn't about the ban, I don't care about it, thats by the by. I mean who even defines "Sexually suggestive"? Someone mind find Brown Hair really attracive, does that mean they ban all the people with brown hair? The ban was propbably a fair ban and I accept the ban, HOWEVER, if I am banned for an image of a women being sexually suggestive sat at a PC, then other streamers should be banned for similar "offensive"? No?
Like I say, the point isn't that I was banned I can accept that even if it is harsh but, it was that other people using the same "sexually suggestive" clothing aren't being banned. If you are going to have a rule, you can't just ban the little guy, you need to ban them all, rules are there to be followed and enforced but twitch seem to forgive high view count streams.
I have no problem with the ban or their ruling, if twitch want to allow cleavage, cam girls, alternative videos like cooking shows, that is fine, but don't have double standardsAren't extremely low cut tops sexually suggestive? or mud wrestinling in shorts?
Quote from a reddit user "Regardless of whether or not this ban was legitimate, I hope Twitch doesn't actually permaban people for losing a suspension appeal. That would be an oppressive, lousy rule that makes me support the company even less than I already do. I've read enough contracts to know that they are very often written poorly. Some organizations intentionally leave some areas vaguely written so that they can be interpreted in the most self-serving fashion possible, but even the best written documents will usually have a gray area or two. It's not uncommon for an average, reasonable person (who probably lacks a legal degree or any experience drafting corporate contracts) to have a different interpretation of a rule than the company who wrote it. Permabanning someone, not for breaking a rule, but for misreading or misinterpreting a passage of text seems pretty slimy to me."
