UBUNTU by Desert Rose

UBUBTU is an African word (Nguni Bantu) and concept that means humanity and includes virtues of shared humanity, compassion and living in harmony with all of Creation. A well known phrase to depict this value is "a child of yours is a child of mine". The song uses the basis of Ubuntu through the words ":Umuntu Ngumuntu Ngabantu" literally meaning "I am because of you", meaning we are all interrelated and should see each other as we see ourselves. Nelson Mandela who is depicted in the video epitomized the meaning of Ubuntu. The song will soon be released on Desert Rose's latest album, Sacred World, on their US Tour in Sep/Oct 2018.
