Ubuntu. Connecting clients to shared USB scanner. Подключение клиентов к расшаренному USB сканеру.

Background: In the local network on address 192.168.2.222 have shared USB scanner. (Another network-scanner already connected, but we need to connect another one.) Objective: To provide access to this scanner on computers with Ubuntu on this network. 1. Start the Terminal. (Ctrl-Alt-T) In the terminal type: sudo gedit /etc/sane.d/net.conf Type user password with administrative rights. 2. In the opened editor, in the end of "net.conf", with a new line to insert the address of the computer with the shared USB scanner 192.168.2.222 Save. 3. Close then opened (editor, terminal). Check scan. P.S. In this network there are the network scanner that can see the scan utility (in the beginning of the video), but the needed USB scanner - can not be seen. Yes, HP M125nw (this device was need to be connected) can be networking too, but in that case there was no possibility of connecting him to the network. Video was made for one friend, published for public viewing. --------------------------------------------- Исходные данные: В локальной сети, по адресу 192.168.2.222 есть расшаренный USB сканер. Задача: организовать доступ к этому сканеру на компьютерах с Убунту в этой сети. 1. Запустить Терминал. В терминале набрать: sudo gedit /etc/sane.d/net.conf Набрать пароль пользователя с административными правами. 2. В открывшемся редакторе, в конце, с новой строки вставить адрес компьютера с расшаренным USB сканером 192.168.2.222 Сохранить. 3. Закрыть чего открыли (редактор, терминал). Проверить сканирование. Все. P.S. В данной сети есть и сетевой сканер, который виден утилите сканирования (в начале видео), но USB сканер - не виден. Да, HP M125nw (этот девайс и надо было подключить) тоже сетевой, но в том случае возможности подключения к сети не было. Видео делалось для человека, публикую для общего просмотра.
