UFO over Sakurajima Volcano, Japan? - Feb 2014

This one is interesting because of the Turrialba Volcano UFO from April 2013. In that image, a single screen capture, it was easy to explain the object away as a water droplet close to the camera (or at least that's what some claimed). But in this, whatever the object is clearly is not travelling... down. Bird? Maybe. Bug? Maybe. It seems to retain its oval form through all three frames and imo there are no wing artifacts to be seen. This is definitely the most interesting webcam object to come through WFR since the Turrialba thing. You make the call.
