"I think it will be a pretty easy win, really. I think we've got good form coming in and it would be good to have a win going into the semis", said an Australian fan, who was echoed by a South African supporter, who commented that, "I think it will be one sided, the Aussies will win it comfortably." Boosting Australia's hopes, Glenn Maxwell was ready to play despite an injury after getting a ball from Mitchell Starc to the right forearm. "I know Maxwell was a doubt but now he's going to be fit which I think had he been out, it could have have made quite a big difference because he's quite key player for Australia although he hasn't yet turned up but he's got the ability to be destructive," said a South Africa supporter. Regardless of the outcome of the match Australia is already through to the semi-finals but a victory would ensure them first place in the group stage and New Zealand as their opponents.
