Under 17s Blog 1 Valencia Trip 2017

Blog Number 1 from our Under 17s squads trip to Valencia. The squad arrived safely in Spain, unpacked their bags and headed straight for the training pitch for a light session. The facilities are impressive and the groundsman has been looking after the pitch in between sessions in order for the squad to train twice a day. There is a large selection of different types of food in the hotel and in their recovery time the boys have been spending a lot of their time in ice baths or in the jacuzzi relaxing. The squad have been put through their paces during training and have been working closely with the coaches to gain a better understanding of the game tacticlly, technically, mentally and physically. Tactical preparations have begun for our upcoming match on Wednesday vs Elche.
