I’d like to find more information on this. This was bought this back in 1989 off the late Tom Stockton of Michigan. He didn’t know much about it & all I remember him saying is that it might have been British & built around World War 1. The castings, parts & most the gears are nickel-plated brass. Originally something would have driven the outer gear; (note the hand crank is made from a different material & was probably added later).
