On January 20th at 7:57 p.m. our beautiful son Elliott Leonardo entered the world! ??? We had a big scare during delivery because his shoulder got stuck (it's called shoulder dystocia). The complications are so scary. -He could've been paralyzed in one arm, had nerve damage that could impact his motor fuctions (cerebral palsy) or it can even be fatal for some babies. -Mom's that are able to deliver successfully usually end up tearing horribly and/or hemorrhaging post-partum. It was the scariest thing we've ever went through. We are so grateful to God for being so amazing to us & for Elliott coming out perfectly fine.
