Unreal Engine 4 - Infiltrator - MSI GTX 960 - Haswell i3 4170

Hi Guys, I'm just testing my new rig. Not a gaming rig. It's a multimedia server + 24/7 download station + my work PC. Spec review : MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Haswell i3 4170 MSI GTX 960 2G Corsair Vengance 2x8GB 1600 Interesting latest UE4 Demo, Infiltrator, looks like my rig can't handle it well. Do you think it's a cheap, value, or recomended to buy for every day multi purpose mild gaming rig? Capturing using Fraps dropping fps alot, about 50%, I don't know about you Guys. Hope this video I share can gives you another perspective. Share your thought.
