UNSMIS observers visit Al Rastan

UN Observers in the town of Al Rastan, near Homs. They met with the commander of the Free Syrian Army to mediate a ceasfire between them and the Government. Fighting in Rastan had erupted during the past week and UN mediation has brought about some temporary calm in the town.
