Standing arm’s reach away from the SMARTFit Mini system the patient assumes a standing staggered stance. The patient reaches anteriorly at chest height with either hand, while the other hand closest to the system rests at the patient’s side. The patient then repeats this movement with the opposite hand every other repetition.
